Our handwoven Shipibo falda cloth is hand embroidered in geometric fractal designs representing their sacred songs called icaros inspired by the Shipibo s relationship with ayahuasca based, jungle cosmology. The design on this cloth is said to represent wisdom, protection of the body, and good health. Use as a ground or overlay cloth for your altar or sacred space. It also looks lovely as a wall hanging. Handmade in the Amazon of Peru.
