Tensor basses use a very interesting counter-balance system in lieu of the traditional truss rod, allowing Tensor to built their necks with a super slim profile, not to mention the resilience against weather changes which is another advantage to this system. The bass has two Aguilar pickups in it, along with a pan control to go between front and back pickups, and master volume and tone controls to further tweak the sound.
